The personalized offer gives you almost unlimited possibilities to create the Mindnotes® you need. You can choose any format of notebook and printing (outer cover, inner cover and sheets) according to your own design or use available templates. You can choose from dozens of types of outer cover types (e.g. luxury Florence, Verona, Torino collections) or apply finishing to paper covers by choosing matt foil with partial UV varnish.
If your notebook is to evoke environment-friendly associations, it is certainly a good idea to use textile material (Lino nature) or Kraft paper on outer cover. Pay attention to the wide range of accessories. Your notebook can have a printed paper pocket, a pen loop, elastic closure or a satin ribbon. We can wrap it all up in elegant cardboard packaging. A fantastic extra feature is the possibility of custom printing on the notepad edges.
Cover type
Do you like to roll up your notebooks or do you want to keep them securely protected? Depending on your preferences, you can order your notebook from us in soft or hard cover, with soft or hard back. Rounded or straight corners complete the look.
Range of outer cover materials
If you're looking for a stylish, pleasant to the touch cover that beautifully showcases blind debossing choose between the Florence, Verona or Torino series. Are you looking for high quality, sophisticated and elegant cover for your notebook? The Siena and Bologna leatherette covers are the perfect solution. Do you want your notebook to catch the eye with a full-colour print? The solution is a paper cover. If you prefer ecological solutions, choose Kraft paper for the cover and recycled paper for the notebook block. The natural fabrics Lino Colour, Lino Nature and the structured canvas Art Paper are perfect for unconventional projects. The metallic Milano, the durable Matryx Scala and Matryx Santos and the recent additions Palermo and Roma complete our assortment.

Choose from over a dozen standard notebook formats to meet the needs of most of our customers, or create a unique notebook in any format. Square notebook? Or maybe a top-opening, handy reporter's notebook?
Blind debossing on the cover
A subtle logo in the corner or impressive debossing over the entire cover? You decide. Debossing of any size, even on the spine, can be made on all outer covers. Depending on the selected cover material, this can be debossing with foil (white, black, silver and gold) or without foil. Paper covers will also become more elegant and stylish with foil debossing.
Printed cover
Printed covers mean unlimited possibilities for notebook personalization. Use them to create a notebook like no other. Your brand logo, an image of your product collection or simply your company's photo on the cover of the notebook will not leave anyone passing by indifferently.
Notepad sheets
The number of sheets in the notebook is flexible, depending on your preferences and the purpose of the notebook. We usually recommend 50 to 100 sheets. The pages of the notebook can be made of three types of paper: standard white paper, recycled Eco paper with a slightly porous structure in off-white colour and ivory - polished paper in ivory. Additionally, the sheets may be perforated, microperforated or punched to enable inserting them into binders.
Custom print on notebook sheets
Mindnotes®offers unlimited personalization possibilities. Each page of the notebook can be individually designed and the writing pad is 100% customizable.
Mindnotes® also has a database of ready-to-use notebook page templates (grid, lines, dots, or half-grid) that can be used unchanged or personalized by adding a logo or other graphic element reflecting the brand image.
Personalized sheets
If the tailor-made cover of your notebook and the inside of the notebook designed specially for your brand are not enough to tell your story, you can add to the notebook the so-called advertising sheets. Fully personalized sheets with custom graphics can be placed anywhere within the pad. This option gives you additional space to advertise your brand.
Personalised inner cover
The frontpaper is the first element everyone sees when opening the notebook. This can also be 100% personalized. It is the perfect place to print important information or images in any number of colours.
Paper pocket
Do you like smart solutions? Adding a paper pocket to your notebook will make it more practical and more attractive thanks to the option of printing on it in any number of colours.
Elastic closure
The closing elastic band not only adds charm to the notebook, but is above all a very practical accessory that further enhances the durability of Mindnotesu®. . You can choose from three band widths (7, 10 and 15 mm) that come in more than a dozen colours. Such a wide range of colours allows you to match the elastic band to the style and colours of any brand. A new feature in our offer is the possibility to print any text or image (e.g. logo) on the elastic band.
Ribbon
Satin ribbon is another practical accessory so you won't have to search for your latest notes every time you write. The ribbons come in 14 colours, matching the colours of the elastic closures and pen loops.
Endband
This small element of notebook structure can be left in a colour that is neutral for Mindnotesu® design or, on the contrary, it can be another touch that makes the product look more attractive. We usually recommend our clients to choose endbands in the same colour as the satin ribbon.
Paper wrappers and belly bands
If you want your notebook to be a universal product that will also adapt to the needs of a particular project or event, adding a wrapper or belly band to it is a perfect solution. The wrapper that covers the entire cover and a belly band that runs through the middle of the notebook can be freely printed and provide additional advertising space.
Personalized edges
Printing on the page edges of notebooks makes an ordinary paper notebook a unique, eye-catching gadget! We can print any artwork on the edges, including your logo, which can be seen from any perspective. Our notebooks can also have an elegant metallic edge finish for a chic touch.
Digital printing on outer cover
Digital printing on outer cover is another option for branding our Mindnotes® calendars and notebooks. It replaces screen printing, giving you unlimited possibilities in the use of colour, tonal transitions and even the option of white print. The new printing technology on outer covers can be applied to almost all types of materials in our offer, with the exception of the Art Paper line. As a result, it is possible to combine exceptional outer cover textures (e.g. the Lino line) with high-quality colour printing.
Pen loop
Adding a pen holder to your notebook turns it into a practical set that you will always want to have with you. The pen loops come in the same colours as the elastic bands and make a perfect match.
